AvD Oldtimer Grand Prix
Nurburgring
13-15th August 2010
Bill and his team went out at the Nurburgring competing in the Master's GT race in his 1963 Shelby Cobra 289. On Saturday Bill claimed Pole position but sadly the weather on Sunday changed, flooding the track, and thick fog, and all racing was cancelled by the Race Director.
Have a look at this in car footage of Bill as he claims his Pole position for the race....be warned it's loud!!!

The Silverstone Classic 2010 - Rocking and Racing
23rd - 25th July 2010
Bill Shepherd brought out his old racing 1964 Ford Falcon from under a layer of 6 years of dust to join the Big Engine Touring Cars at this most exciting and thrilling family event. The sun shone and the atmosphere was relaxed, (until the rolling start!!), throughout the weekend.
Bill had great fun being back in the "saddle", it was good to catch up with old friends and motor clients, humorous banter was the name of the game!
The new 2011 V8 5.0L Mustang, in the "Bill Shepherd Mustang" livery was on show too all weekend and created a great deal of interest.
A stunning motor event and well worth a visit.....put it in your diary for next year, and bring the whole family!

Sunday 25th July 2010
Mustang Owners Club of Great Britain (Berkshire) at Highclere Castle near Newbury.
Part of the Bill Shepherd Mustang sales team (Bill Shepherd was racing at the Silverstone Classic that weekend) were honoured to join the MOCGB on a sunny Sunday at their first annual event of the Berkshire division.
One of our V8 Mustangs, in the stunning distinctive "Bill shepherd Mustang" livery was given pride of place at the entrance of the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon's home. As you might have expected, the car generated a great deal of interest from both visitors and Munstang owners alike!
Steeped in history, notably being the home of the 5th Earl of Carnarvon and Howard Carter, who famously discovered Pharoh Tutankhamun's burial chamber, the castle made a wonderful setting for a gethering of Mustangs of all ages from all across the UK.
Our thanks go to the MOCBG organising team and Highclere Castle for agreeding to host the event ahd allow us to participate in the celebrations.

Goodwood - Festival of Speed 2010
Thursday 1st July - Sunday 4th July
What an amazing weekend we had, and weren't we lucky with the weather....if a bit dusty!!!
This year, as usual, we exhibited some jaw-dropping Mustangs from our Surrey showroom..........LOOK!
2011 Mustang - Return of the Lengendary 5.0. - the first into the country, and the UK debut of this new 412 bhp Rocket Ship!
2010 V8 Convertible - red
2010 GT500 - black
and from our classic stock
1967 Eleanor - pepper grey.........this is to die for!
1966 289 Convertible - red ..........just perfect for this lovely weather!
Eleanor certainly wasn't camera shy..........and was snapped at the rate of a galloping stampede! Even "Hollywood Heart Throb" Orlando Bloom came over to say "Hello" to our staff and look at the vehicles we had on our stand.
Our 2011 V8 Mustang drew in the crowds being the very 1st on these shores (see above article)....and as you can see we were a great attraction for the "racing" celebrities!!! The Wacky Racers!
