1965 FORD
MUSTANG
ABOUT
We are pleased to offer this Oceanic Blue 1965/66 Notchback Mustang racing car. Built in 2016 by the Bill Shepherd Automotive racing team, this car was campaigned in multiple seasons by both Bill and his son, Fred.
The Mustang last ran in a very successful season racing with the HRDC Coys and Allstars championships, in which it finished every race it entered in a class-podium position. Including winning outright at the penultimate round at Donnington.
The car is well set-up and incredibly well-balanced, making it an ideal drive for both historic racing veterans and novices alike. Eligible for a wide array of club racing, as well as International events such as the Masters Pre - 66 Touring car Championship and the Goodwood Revival/Members Meetings, the car would be competitive from the outset having cut it's teeth against regular contenders of the aforementioned races.
